Bus ride was mostly smooth, but arrived over 3 hours late (after 0:00 when it was scheduled for 21:10). Bus driver was also not particularly friendly

As there were small amount of people for this trip, the company decided to use small bus. It was not suited for long distance trips, seats were narrow and there was not enough room leg room. On every stop, the driver left the side door opened, sometimes for more than 5 minutes, and considering that outside was winter time and near zero temperatures, that caused a lot of discomfort. The seats me and my wife booked was occupied by other passengers, the company tried to put us in the back of the bus, but my wife was pregnant and that was not an option. At least we managed to claim seats closer to the front part of the bus. Still not what we wanted, though. Overall dissatisfaction with the trip and the company. If there was another option to travel from Istanbul to Varna, I would prefer it instead of this company.

The delay 7 hours comparing with planned time. We changed bus 3 time without previous notification. No English speaking staff, no normal informing about route.
