The bus ride was smooth and there were many breaks to use the restroom and stretch your legs. However, the bus was so freezing cold, absolutely no heat was being distributed through the vehicle. I believe the heat doesn’t work/bad placement of vents, and the door looked like it wasn’t sealed very well so a draft was coming through the whole ride. My feet and hands were frozen.
