Everything is perfect. We travelled from Asuncion to Foz Do Iguacu since there’s no direct flight. 1) The ticket agent provided very detailed instructions, including when to arrive at the bus terminal and the gate number 2) we booked the seats on the first level of the bus and they are very comfortable 3) as foreign citizens, we need to go through the immigration twice, leaving Paraguay and entering Brazil, the bus operator was very patience leading us to the immigration office and waiting us to finish

Nice on time. Drivers were good. Good help at the border. The recline of seat could not be stopped. Water drops out of the tv fell on clothes. No airconditioning, soo all Windows were fogged. No vegetarian meal. The toilet was disgusting. Smoke of the drivers could be smelled on top floor.

It would have been helpful to know the traffic to get into Brasil could de as terrible as it was. Was late by 2.5 hours and by the time we got there I missed getting to see Iguaca Falls.

Bus was comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. No stops in between which happens on other night services. Stopped at border and didn't know / appreciate being hassled for money for people to put the luggage back on the coach after immigration.
