Limocar receives mixed feedback from its users. While the company is appreciated for providing transportation services, some customers have experienced challenges such as not being able to sit together despite booking seats, delays of 30 minutes, lack of Wi-Fi which was advertised during ticket purchase, unclean bus toilets with foam on headrests, and non-functional electrical outlets.

I enjoyed being able to buy my ticket the same day as my trip. Everything was simple and efficient.

Monsieur Smith est fantastique. Une autre chauffeuse pas très gentille ni polie. Aurait besoin de service à la clientelle pour être plus "problem solving" plutôt que de dire par exemple à une vieille madame qu'elle va pater 2 passages si elle ne met pas son bagage à main dans le compartiment au dessus d'elle
