Very luxurious bus, good seats, wifi

The service itself is fine, the buses were clean. We had one change of bus during the journey. There are multiple stops along the route. Our issue was with the racism and abuse we received from other bus passengers towards us. Completely isolated us and a whole group of older women shouting in Portuguese which we did not understand and accused us basically of stealing someone’s phone. A horrible 17 hours surrounded by horrible people who have no respect for non nationals.
