Appreciated the cleanliness of the buses (recent round trip Guadalajara and Guanajuato), seats, bathrooms, and waiting areas inside the bus stations were all very clean. Both departures were on time and the 15 minute delay on arrival back into Guadalajara wasn’t a problem for me, but could be an issue for others. There was no indication on my tickets that the buses would be stopping in Leon & I would have appreciated knowing that. Based on my tickets it looked like they were direct routes with no stops.

No, there is no WiFi on ETN. No worries, you can use your time on the bus to catch up on some much-needed sleep! You can also download your favourite films, TV programmes and audiobooks or bring a good book.
No, there aren't any power outlets or USB plugs on ETN. If available, we recommend bringing a battery pack to keep your devices charged during longer bus rides. You can also bring a good book to pass the time during your trip.
No, ETN buses usually don't have a toilet on board. Don't worry, the bus will make stops during your bus trip so that you can stretch your legs, use the toilet and get some snacks.
There are no meals or snacks offered on ETN buses. We recommend that you bring some snacks and drinks in a reusable water bottle for your bus trip.
Yes, a printed ticket is mandatory to board the bus with ETN. We recommend printing your ticket before heading to the station, as not all stations offer printing machines. Remember to also bring with you a valid photo ID to board the bus.
