ETN receives praise for its comfortable and adjustable seats, punctuality, and attentive drivers. Passengers appreciate the clean bathrooms as well. However, some users mentioned that loud music during trips was a concern and noted issues with staff requesting tips for storage services without prompting from passengers themselves.

It was a very wonderful experience. The driver was safe and attentive. The seats are lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was clean.
