They gave different direction from what show in the site, the bus continue to be making delays from 1 pm. We waited till 6 pm, stranded at a point in middle of the highway with no food or washroom. We have to call them every 30 min for the bus.

The route was completely different from the booking, rather than arriving at 12:30pm we arrived after 5pm with an extra stop and considerable delays, and our final destination was not the stop in the original agenda.
