The bus was 30 minutes late. We had to drag our suitcases on to the bus as the luggage hold didn’t open. There was water falling from the roof of the bus and we were left sitting in damp seats.

Good service with no fuss. However there was no WIFI on the bus, as expected. And where we sat on the bus (over the back axles) was rough with a lot of vibration, like the there was something wrong with the wheels.
