As I was getting on with my suitcase, the gentleman and I forgot to catch his name, as he was letting us know the car3 to get on, he gently offered to help me with my suitcase! I thought that was very nice of him. I know he didn’t have to but he did! He also seemed to enjoy his job very much, even when he was checking our tickets, he did it with such joy! I felt comfortable

I enjoyed the trip however there was a bit of a delay at union station that prevented the train from going alongside the proper schedule.

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. Friendly staff, comfortable and spacious seating in business class, good breakfast. One negative was that one seat did not have a window! When we reserved our seats, this was not indicated on the seating chart. We are tourists and wanted to see the landscape between Quebec City and Dorval!
