The organization was disastrous. When I arrived, they tried to explain that I needed a paper ticket even though I had it on my phone, and nobody spoke English. The stop in Tirana wasn't indicated on the ticket, so I didn't know I had to change buses. Of course, they tried to explain it to me in Albanian. The schedule for the second bus wasn't known in advance; I had to ask at the bus stop in Tirana.
