Cometa receives praise for its punctuality and comfortable buses, with many users reporting positive travel experiences. However, some passengers noted that the air conditioning was excessively cold during trips, making it uncomfortable until they could inform the driver at a scheduled stop.

I didn't enjoy not being able to connect to WiFi. As a foreigner I don't have a CPF ID number or a Brazilian cell phone and therefore not able to complete the registration form to connect to network. A long journey without WiFi was frustrating. The bus was 90 minutes late, which was not a problem to me. The bus was very comfortable and the driving was very good and I felt safe.
