It was all ok in the beginning but the bus broke down at 7pm (arrival at destination time was 6pm). We were asked to make our arrangements to get to Santiago. We ended up taking uber as we didn’t want to miss our flight and it costed as much as the price of the bus we paid. Not helpful at all.

We arrived at our destination 1.5 hours late and almost missed our flight as a result. Also we were told that we brought too much luggage and had to pay an extra tip.

The bus called Valparaiso didn't go there. It stopped 10kms before in Vina del Mar! Was no single stop for toilet or food, apart from the border crossing. Would not recommend it at all.
