The driver was professional and got the bus to the destination safely. The seats were very uncomfortable, and there was no bathroom, even though I purchased a ticked that confirmed there was a bathroom

The seat was softer than Japanese one. It was very comfortable. The phone charger export was not as good as regular so it took longer than i expected.

Staff was helpful - since we don't speak Spanish - with confirmation of bus, timings, etc. The station is kept clean. Except the toilet (accessed with 8 pesos in coins) was poorly maintained: no water for urinals and toilet lacked any soap/detergent. The bus ride was good.
