Bus from Arequipa to Cusco: Tickets & Timetables

Not very good… the air conditioning wasn’t working and next to my seat was something that was very hot I nearly burnt myself on it and it radiated so much heat that I was sweating for the full 12hr journey.

The seats were very nice, the heating was however very hot most of the night, felt like a sauna, and the restroom was quickly out of toilet paper

My chair was broke coudlt sit normally when I wanted. Cpuld manage that but the chair was falling apart. There was a smell of gas for the whole ride and i could barley breath. And it was so hot my water bottle boiled.

Seats are relatively comfortable and bus left on time. Lights were turned off immediately after departure even though it was only 8pm. A vent or similar was located directly underneath my seat, which emitted very hot air, making the journey extremely uncomfortable

DO NOT book seat number 6. Underneath the seat is a heater which makes the seat extremely hot. I had my bag beneath my legs and both my laptop and camera got extremely overheated as a result.

Shocking comfortable seats. The overnight ride was a little rough, since it was difficult to sleep

Comfy seats, safe driving, good luggage handling, and they gave us a little snack pack which was nice, but we did arrive an hour later than the ticket stated.

App said I could use digital ticket but they wouldn’t let me use it at the station. Additionally app didn’t let select seats so was assigned a random one. Also app made it seem like it was a cama class but bus only had regular chairs

Worst bus service ever. Avoid if possible. Driver speeds, goes into oncoming traffic, honks horn at people non stop even when everyone is sleeping. Hes going to get someone killed. 8:45 bus wasnt the 8:30 driver like previously planned.

The heating was initially unbearably warm. Then after about an hour or so it was turned completely off, where we froze in -3 degrees temperature with only a thin blanket given to us.

Cruz del Sur was very organised and helpful. The only problem was that the seats were incredibly small and uncomfortable! I have travelled in many buses in Peru. All the seats have been larger than those

Efficient, comfortable and on time. Only complaint is please fire the person who thought it was a good idea to have a warming alarm go off in the passenger compartment when the driver exceeds the speed limit, infuriating!

clean, comfortable, helpful staff. we left late but it was very busy so it was understandable

Compared to Cruz del Sur, this company do not even provided snacks even when it is such a long drive

The bus it self was nice, and staff too, but they where not on time and the trailer for the movies where on hours after the movie was finished. And that was annoying.

Old bus, stopping every 10 minuts to let people climb in.. we lost a very long time waiting for nothing on the terminals. TV very very lound...

It was all very organised with the boarding. But the seats were very narrow and if the person in front declined their seat, there was almost no room for your legs. The bus was A SAUNA since the radiators by the windows were a million degrees. I felt like I was having a heat stroke. Would not choose them again.

The staff had no idea where i was supposed to go. I was there 2 hours early and the bus left without me because staff kept sending me to other terminal locations. I ran after the bus caught it and they refused to let me on. They took my luggage. The next bus left late and broke down and arrived late

It was fine, bus was clean, seats were comfy, staff was helpful, movies were good. Only negative was that it arrived late to cusco and I almost missed a work meeting.
