Very good. The information provided us with all the gates we needed to be at. That made things a lot easier. The buses are exceptionally, in our opinion. The only 2 worries we had was finding the gate for the CHEB train in a very short time. It wasn’t clearly marked. Also didn’t realize we should have reserved our seat for bus to Prague. Overall we were more than happy with the trip
