National Express Telford London recent customer reviews
I enjoyed the driver's jokes while travelling and made passengers smiling 😃 I wasn't happy with the half an hour lateness of the coach though the driver apologised. Apart from that, the journey was super 👌

Firstly the coach was 35 mins late. No explanation on the web page or the bus driver when he arrived. Then about an hour into the drive we needed to be rescued by 2 other coaches as ours broke down. Not sure how true it was but a passenger said it was due to Adblue symbol. This is a maintenance issue. Both drivers pleasant however was evident the first driver Telford-Birmingham was ready to end his shift. Bus that rescued us at Rugby had no charge ports so couldn't use phone as definitely needed it in London to reach my hotel.

Small seating area with people infront reclining theirs right back limited our space. Timing of arrival was late.
