The service was great, the bus very confortable and the staff very helpful. The only thing I would suggest, is to better identify the bus as Alsa. We had to ask the driver, as there was no sign whatsoever indicating te bus was Alsa.

The bus was on time and we even arrived 20 minutes earlier to our destination than the time we were supposed to

Very easy, comfortable, on time

The service was great, driver was helpful and the vehicle was safe and clesn. However, there was a long delay ( more than an hour ) which unfortunately effected my traveling plans.

We didn’t enjoy it being 20 mins late and the disgusting state of the on board toilet. We did enjoy the driver who was helpful and tried to make up some of the time.

A bit hard to find the bus pickup location at Casa da Musica based on directions provided

The driver of the bus told me this was not my bus and offered no help. Another bus driver saw me looking distressed and came over to help. He told me yes to get on that bus. When the bus driver again said no, the second bus driver got the station master. He told the first bus driver that yes, I was to go on his bus.

On time and very practical

The bus was not at the station at Porto and there was no active number to call. Very distressing situation and we will not use BlaBlaBus again.
