They left 16 year old passenger alone in port Dover. In London was impossible to find a bus at Victoria station. As a results my son has to walk himself from a port terminal to a next village during 40 min for to look for alternative way to get to London. His luggage is lost, because we can’t find any info where the bus stop in London or where they drop lost luggage. Nobody at Victoria Station has any clue about your company RegioJet. My son still not arrived in London 6 hours later and the luggage is lost

The bus was comfortable however all announcements made by the driver was made in Polish. Had to ask another passenger to translate all announcements throughout the journey.
There was no WiFi connection throughout the 8h30mins journey and I had no way to communicate with my friends and family. That was the most frustrating part of my journey.
