My trip was delayed by traffic and the need to pick up stranded passengers - fair enough. However I and other passengers had connections to make and the drivers’ lack of urgency was very frustrating. About 15 mins was wasted with the drivers chatting about the other coach’s breakdown, a further 7 mins spent chatting when swapping drivers etc. It just seemed bizarre.
