Trip was on time, and the driver was excellent. The bus, however, was disgustingly filthy and old, and all of the charging outlets were broken.

Greyhound staffs are very nice. At Orlando they couldn't print my bus ticket, but they gave me a sheet to let me go.

No boarding hassles… The only thing that I did not like was the seats did not recline more than a couple inches,,if that…

Didn’t enjoy the doors closing before I could get my luggage off train and didn’t see any information on time frame on sight (first time riding train). I had to go 2 stops further and out of state traveler. Sound system wasn’t working or flashing sig did. It have information.
I was told it happens to travelers every day and still not described when buying ticket on line that doors lock in a moment. How long is a moment? Charged me for an other ticket to go back 2 stops.
Many users have shared positive experiences with Amtrak, highlighting the comfort of their first-time journeys and praising the friendly staff. The overall travel experience was described as simplistic and stress-free. However, some reviews mentioned that bathroom cleanliness could be improved to enhance the trip further.

It was my first time on an Amtrak train. It was surprisingly comfortable, nice workers, could use more cleaning for the bathrooms. But all in all it was a good experience.
