National Express London Worthing recent customer reviews
My driver was absolutely phenomenal. He was friendly and funny and made the trip one of the best I’ve had with music and laughter.
Meg S.
The booking procedure was great, the email contact prior to the journey was also good. There was not enough communication at the coach station about the delay though. A message came up on the gate screen to say it was delayed but with no further information and it was already over 15 minutes late before Ann announcement was made. Staff admitted they had no idea how late the bus would be, so making onward travel plans was impossible. Once the bus arrived, around 30 minutes late we were boarded quickly and the journey was smooth. The bus was very comfortable although the seat belts could have been a big longer.
