The bus was on time but waited for more than 20mins at Heathrow before departing as well as at a point the bus really smelled very bad

Was not impressed with being dropped at the side of road in Birmingham and after 25 minute wait was told there would be a further 25 mins(at least) while the driver of the bus completes his compulsory waiting period before continuing. Completed the remainder by train as station is just around corner.

To be fair the was Megabus and not National Express - so nearly all throughout my journey to Coventry someone was playing music from headphones and all the top row could hear, which disturb people sleeping as the trip was from 11pm to 02.30am. No one told that person to turn it down or off, however if the was National Express there is a code of conduct message that is play or spoken from the driver, as to not to play music high enough to disturb anyone else. So this made the journey unsatisfactory, also, it would be good to tell anyone using the toilet to flush it after use, this is on the door in the toilet, however having an audible message would make it more clear in passengers minds.
Based on 10188 reviews, the company was rated 3.5 stars on Busbud. Travellers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the temperature but often complained with the Wi-Fi. FlixBus ticket prices on this trip start at US$11
