Brilliant service. Not used National express before. Friday 5pm rush hour, arrived on time. The bus was very clean and comfortable. The driver was courteous and helpful. A very steady drive from Leeds to Nottingham arriving on time. It was a great experience, and very good value for money. I couldn't fault the service
