National Express Heathrow Totnes recent customer reviews
National express we’re fine but I would never book online again, I booked a ticket, double checked it and then found it was for the wrong day, called the helpline and was told I would have to wait until 9am to call, I did so and could not get through to change my ticket so had to buy a new one! Complete waste of money for a coach that was late and took twice as long as the train!

Excellent trip. Friendly efficient staff both on the bus and at the bus station.

I was initially meant to get the 10:25 am bus to totnes however when I went to board the bus at 10:20 the driver had already shut the doors. So I knocked on the door and he shock his head I then got another member if staff to ask the driver to open the doors so I could get on yet he refused. This lead to me having to pay £5 extra to move my ticket to the 3:30pm bus (the time I was meant to be in aswell as waiting an additional 5 hours and being late to my destination. Although when I eventually got on the bus it was pleasant and the seats were comfortable. Overall, my experience was negative because of the first driver morning letting me on even though we still had 5 mins before the coach was scheduled to leave.
