The cabin bed is perfect, but why are we so late? And there's no WiFi. We were supposed to be in Sao Paulo at 1:00 p.m., but now it's 5:02 p.m. and we still have about two hours to go... that's about a 6-hour delay! We won't make it to today's program in Sao Paulo, and unfortunately we're flying home tomorrow... 😥

We were stopped for 3 hours by customs, forced to change bus, the new bus broke down, we then had to change buses again totalling FOUR buses, of which 3/4 the toilet was blocked/flooded and 4/4 the wifi didn't work. It was supposed to be a 16 hour journey and we are currently at 22 hours and haven't arrived yet. No food or water was provided for the delays and no additional toilet stops.
Also 3/4 coaches had no USB charging points.
