#1, Driver was impeccable, I myself am a professional class A driver & it was wonderful to watch the driver do his pre-trip not only on beginning of trip but every stop this man did a safety walk around inspection of this bus.

I wish the bus would go from airport yo Airport. Tampa bus depot is VERY scarey at midnight.. lots of vagrants hanging about and not much lighting .. l did not like that AT ALL.!

I took 2 buses from Tampa to Fort Myers and Fort Myers to Tampa. I was confused at first when the 2 buses were not parked in the same place, such as one bus was waiting for their customers in front of the shelter, and the second one was waiting at the gas station next to it. It was raining and confused when the second bus was not parked like before. But just like that, I like the rides, they were comfortable for me to sit on. Both drivers were nice and safe.

Our tickets provided us with the wrong address for the Fort Myers bus stop, which led to us missing the bus and having to chase it for a couple minutes before getting on

As a first time traveler, I found the experience was pleasant. Though it was a bit cold.

Staff was great and the driver was courteous and helpful and extremely helpful to some confused customers. The only downside was the bus is old and shabby looking.

So thankful that they are in operation. I would be lost without transportation to and from family members homes.

I got there 30 minutes before departure time, but there was no way to know what bus was mine, sat there for about 45 mins, waiting for an announcement or something and I had to go ask what bus was mine, luckily i did, my bus was about to leave.
