The coach driver was rude. The bays was delayed 50 mins due to a breakdown. The seats we booked were not available and we had to all sit in different places.

The Trip going to Orlando was very intense and uncomfortable. The bus driver was verbally abusive to other passenger on the bus. Very argumentative and rude. She answered questions asked with an attitude and very loud. Not easy to speak with and I would not want to travel with her AGAIN! I would not recommend to family member or friends

Took a hover to the station, only to find out, station no longer exist. Address was not updated on google map. By the time I get to the right address bus has already left 20 min b4 the time. Very poor service

The driver was very rude, since I miss the bus in the first stop somebody drove me to the pompano Beach stop the driver didn’t want to let me in. Aldo he was treating other passengers very rude. When I got to my stop I have to get my own bag because it was on the back, he was rude with my 13 year old as well. It was my first time using the company and I was very disappointed.
