The journey started off okay, however as the bus started it’s ascent to Cadaques, many hair pin bends, and one would think concentration needed, the driver in his wisdom took a call on his mobile phone which was very disconcerting. When I went to get my luggage in the hold, my suitcase had moved to the back. The driver made no effort to help so I had to climb in and pull it out and the driver went to shut the hold as I was moving out. The door hit my arm. It was an awful experience.
