Traffic issues due to rail strike made the coach late arriving and returning times to destination …but coach was comfortable . Arrived to collect and departed on time Better control for boarding in Victoria station should be implemented with barrier to enable everyone to get to their departure gates. It resulted in a massive scram and difficult without shouting at people to move to make the distance to a numbered gate for departure .
