I had an issue on the journey from GVA to Chamonix. I bought the ticket over a week in advance and didn't receive confirmation. I sent 3 emails and attempted to call twice using the contact number online but no one answered. Eventually I approached the Transport Desk at GVA who contacted your office. Within 5 mins the confirmation arrived by email. Irrespective, It was a good service and I will use your company again.

The driver was excellent, but the journey was overbooked and we had to wait for another bus to arrive. When we reached Geneva city, the driver was asked to take on the extra passengers even though there was no space and this caused a further delay. It was very impressive that the driver eventually arrived at the airport with a limited delay. I feel the organisation has much room for improvement in its logistics.

I booked the 17:15 chamonix to Geneva airport, Got there on time. Bus was full, “sorry no space”, another bus arrived an hour later but this broke down so I missed my flight
