Bus was late, no notice at the station then during the trip, in the first class seating the bathroom began to smell terribly and everyone was disgusted for the last hour of the trip.

The trip was supposed to take 4 hours and 35 minutes but landed up taking 8 hours. No announcement was made about the delays experienced. My seat was double booked but I was given a very comfortable seat in the first class section which I was very grateful for because of how long the trip took
