MapleBus receives praise for its friendly drivers and timely service, with some users appreciating convenient restroom stops. However, there are concerns about unclear pick-up locations, outdated information, and hygiene issues in the vehicles. Some passengers experienced discomfort due to crowded conditions or unexpected vehicle changes from a bus to a van.
The seats were a little on the tighter size but they were still comfortable for the journey from Toronto to Ottawa. The midway stop was timed right so that passengers could exit the bus, use the restroom or buy a snack/beverage. Although, we left right on time from Scarborough, we arrived behind schedule in Ottawa by about 45-50 minutes. The journey was enjoyable and I would travel again on MapleBus.

It was first my first bus experience. I felt awkward to be bribed to leave a review for a bag a chips and bottle of water.. and rhe driver wasn't presenting this in a positive mood as well. I had no clue what was happening during this and communicated that too him. He ignored me and just got in the drivers seat and went on. I will bring my own snack next time. But I heard that not allowed.😡
