I arrived 45 mins early and was told that the bus would be late, 845am, then told it was stuck in Kentucky and we were left in limbo for hours. Finally we were told a sold out go bus was arriving and we MIGHT be able to get on it. Around 10am. I needed to be in Cleveland by 1pm. I didn't arrive until 1:35pm. Thru no fault of my own. A waste of a trip, my time, and the lyft I took to ensure I got to the greyhound station on time in the first place. I'm literally scared to try to go home.

The cleanliness and comfort of the bus was abysmal. As noted, the bus was filthy. The seats are extremely uncomfortable, etc. etc. As a national bus line in the USA, it is an embarrassment. Upgrade and create an ethic for delivering a better product to your customers.
