The driver was on his phone while driving. We almost crashed due to lack of attention. I feared that we would crash. He wasn’t paying attention and was using his phone while driving the bus. Not acceptable.

The bus was 30 min late.. & the driver was there an hour before walking around.. I didn't know that was the driver until she started taking the tickets

Odd situation. The driver (Harold) was suspicious that someone on the bus was smoking. He stopped the bus along the road and threatened the entire bus not to continue the trip unless somebody turned in the person.
