The coach was 25 minutes late .The seat belt was very hard to put on then I couldn't move. The coordinators were not giving information wher the buses were leaving from.Everyone was asking each other as they just stood there.when we asked wich stand we were told 5 and it went from 4.So not a good start to my trip as myself and my friend use walking sticks to aid us .
