Bus wasn’t as advertised, service provided was a downgrade from what was advertised. No full reclining seat, no usb charging
According to customer reviews, the seats on the bus are great and can recline all the way back. There is also toilet paper available for most of the trip, and customers have mentioned that the toilets are kept clean. However, there have been reports of buses breaking down and passengers being stranded on the side of the road for more than 5 hours before a replacement bus was ordered. This caused some customers to miss their hostel check-ins and resort to hitchhiking with strangers to reach their destination in Salta.

Great seats that reclined all the way back. Toilet paper on most of the trip and the toilet was never disgusting.

Bus broke down, sat on the side of the road for 5+ hours before they decided to order another bus (that one we didn't know when it might show up). Only didn't miss my hostel check-in because I ended up hitchhiking the last hour and a half to Salta with a stranger.

The cama seats were very comfortable. They turned radio and lights off at 9pm - very much appreciated. Boxed dinner was gross. Breakfast was not adequate. Lunch at a restaurant was fine. They drove very safely. The bus showed up a bit late but we arrived on time. It would have been nice if they had English announcements and entertainment.

The bus broke down 4hrs from the destination. There was no explanation, I had to keep asking and we waited in the heat for hours. We arrived over 4hours late, and the journey was supposed to be 20hrs long

I purchased 2 tickets for a bus with wifi and layback seats as it was a 20 hour trip. I didn't get either of these things. The bus was 1 hour late to depart. There was rubbish on the floor when we entered the bus. My luggage was wet when we arrived so my clothes were too. Very unhappy

The bus arrived 2 and a half hours late. Our bus broke down 2 hour outside of Salta so we had to take all our bags and change buses and when we changed busses we didn't get our "cama" seats that we paid for and got "semi cama" instead. Very unsatisfied and I would like some kind of compensation, please.

There were several cockroaches crawling around the bus.
The played the radio extremely loudly until about 23:00, when they started playing some action movie for the next three or so hours. The driver was also erratic and speeding to the point that the bus had a constant beeping sound with a flashing sign that said “limite de velocidad.”
Also the bus smelt of cigarettes.
