Bus was supposed to departure at 8am. At 9:45h the Bus still wasn‘t so we had to buy a ticket from another company because the staff told us that the Bus won‘t arrive in Armenia before 12am.

The bus never came to Armenia terminal. When I showed the coomotor staff my ticket they immediately explained there was no bus, gave. me a refund and helped me buy a ticket with a different company that was leaving for Cali within the hour.
