1. The scheduled arrival time was 2:20pm, the bus arrived at 4:50pm, starting in Acapulco with a delay of 20 minutes.
2. No toilet paper and no water to wash the hands, not good!

I am not happy about the service, went we arrive to the bus station they told us that was no bus for the ticket I had ,and I had to buy another one to get to Oaxaca.The person who was on the window said that she couldn’t help me because I had the ticket on line.So I arrived to my destination very late.
