For some reason, we had to change buses in Lyon but the new bus wasn't waiting for us so we had to wait 45 minutes at 4.30 in the morning in Lyon bus station, with no facilities open & with all our luggage. That is disgraceful, to be stranded in the early hours. When the coach eventually arrived it was one fit for a short journey, not a four hour journey. It was very uncomfortable and there weren't even any sockets for recharging mobile phones. I have written to you to complain. Also,the coach stops in Avignon in an extremely inconvenient place, nowhere near other public transport. Why? There's an excellent coach station in Avignon & the TGV station is used by other coach companies.

The bus wouldn't start initially. Obviously being on France I don't expect anyone to speak English but some announcements in English would've been useful especially during breaks and stops. The information in Paris at the bus stop wasn't clear at all. The destination wasn't displayed and nobody was really available to ask for help.
