The trip was good, we enjoyed the pace and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. However, please create some training for your employees on courtesy, sensitivity and general courtesy services. It was really atrocious starting with the conductor down except for a lady who was pleasant and helpful. Also, at the train station need someone appointed to answer questions.
