I didn’t enjoy the trip at all, the bus conductor was extremely rude and he attacked me calling me names. We were delayed in Okahadja by plus 2 hours, I was forced to sit by the toilet and the smell was unbearable. They didn’t pour soap in the toilet while people continued to use it, the toilet usage was awful. The driver left me at Divundu service station because I went to buy water despite the attempt to stop the bus, he refused to stop when I called my sister who was the bus the passengers had to beg him to stop and drive back for me which he refused, my life was put at risk since it was at 4 a.m and I was all alone, I had to walk in the dark for a good distance to catch up with the bus. The same conductor attacked another lady in Tsumeb.
All in all my trip was horrible with Intercape. Never been so scared.
