There was no sign where the bus stop is located, and while it was late we were worried It would not arrive at all. I called the call center for help, the operator tried to help and promised to call back in two minutes, but he never actually called.
I mean I was lucky to board a bus and come to my destination, but the waiting time was super stressful.
