Greyhound Australia receives praise for its comfortable and pleasant travel experience, with passengers appreciating the driver's performance. This was the first time we travelled via Greyhound and had an excellent experience. The coach was clean and comfortable for long distance travel. The driver was friendly explained the ground-rules very clearly. We will recommend Greyhound to family and friends and will definitely use the service again.

Service is very good,on time departure and arrival,however the toilets at the back smells a lot for the backseat passengers.In that way ,some hygeine should be maintained.

I'm glad I only did a short hop, Ballina to Grafton. The bus was late, full and no effort was made to make up for lost time. Passengers sat wherever and it prolonged each stop as the driver checked his list. The seats were uncomfortable and narrow.
