The bus did‘nt come on time. It is supposed to arrive at 10:55 am but 12:30 the bus came and the driver said I cannot enter anymore cause the bus is already full. I already paid my ticket and then I don’t have the right to have a seat? And the bad things also was I cannot cancel my trip anymore. Very bad and terrible experience.
