Bus was delayed 2 hours,1 of the buses the air con wasn't working, then i discovered i was given the wrong bus details for my journey, when i got to St Louis to transfer, i was put back on the same bus and told to transfer some where else. I found the delay and this very frustrating as I am a tourist and it was my first time travelling across the US via greyhound, it has made me reconsider my return journey, however I must say that only for the transfer with Village Tours, the driver Chuck and his kindness and the lovely bus that was provided, has saved my perception of Greyhound bus, Greyhound could learn a lot from how Village tours run their services.
