The bus service was very disappointing. The driver stopped at the bus station for only 45 seconds but didn’t open the door for passengers to enter. Then, he left the station and stopped again for another 2 minutes a short distance away. When I and other passengers ran to catch up to the bus, just as we arrived, the driver took off without letting anyone on. This behavior was frustrating and unprofessional. Such incidents should be addressed to improve the service.
