Greyhound staff in Mount Laurel NJ has no respect for their customers. I had to wait 2:30 hours for the bus on a trip to Boston. The bus was late for more than 2:30 hours; I have received no notifications or a phone call that the bus was going to be late for any reason.

The bus from mount laurel, NJ to NYC was clean and not overly crowded. We left on time and got into bus terminal promptly. The bus from NYC to boston, was less clean, but not dirty, it lacked trash bags in each row. It was a comfortable ride and we made it into Boston on time. It was an uneventful trip.
