Go Transit User Reviews
Go Transit receives positive feedback for its punctuality and the courteousness of its staff. Passengers appreciate the helpful drivers who provide valuable information during trips. However, some users have noted a lack of personnel at Vaughan station to address inquiries. Overall, Go Transit's service is well-regarded by travelers.
It is a relatively simple way to get from Pearson airport up to Bracebridge. The only improvement I would suggest is a little more detail as to where to meet the bus both at Pearson and at the 407 station. I had to search through the electronic tickets that I was sent to find where to board the bus

I didn't realize Metrolinx was the GO Bus to 407Vaughan. I didn't take it with my luggage, used Uber. I wish I had done my homework better as I would have taken UP to Union Station and got on Ontario Northland.

No clear instructions that Northumberland Ontario BUS company also operates TRAINS out of Toronto?? I missed my 11:54am “train”, and was then forced to wait until 7:00pm to catch the only other trip that would get me to Orillia that day. I lost a full day, paid an extra night in a hotel I merely slept in, and was also charged an additional $30.00 for unclear instructions. Even the Ontario Northumberland rep from the 1-800 number hadn’t a clue what was going on. He said he couldn’t see an 11:54am bus departure out of Toronto, but never thought to look up the train schedule. 🤨 Never again. 🙄

The first leg of the trip was a cancelled service from union station. I was not notified of this and had to get an Uber to King City to catch my connecting bus to Bracebridge

The Metrolinx part of the journey was fine

It didn’t happen, the bus didn’t come
