FlixBus receives praise for its good seating and overall cleanliness, with some users highlighting a smooth travel experience. However, there are concerns regarding delayed departures and the lack of charging outlets on certain seats. Additionally, issues were noted about restroom conditions and communication challenges due to language barriers among staff members.

The bus was on time leaving and arriving. There were no delays en route, even though there had been a ton of snow the day before. I was notified that it would be a non logo bus, which was fine. I have a data plan so the lack of wifi didnt effect me...but may have been an issue for others. I would totally use flixbus again.

I wasn’t very happy with the seat they allocated! It was next to the bathroom but the driver told me to move to a better seat. Tha was very nice !

Disgusted! FlixBus was a no show. Had to travel in a Greyhound bus with no ac that became a sauna throughout the whole trip. First time and a never for me. I will never book with FlixBus.

Very crowed and unsanitary, also there was air vents taped to the ceiling , old candy wrapper in my cup holder etc would not ride with flix bus in the future
