I was extremely dissatisfied, the upper deck was extremely hot to unbearable levels. That all the passengers had to shift to the lower deck. I tried alerting the driver of the situation a couple of times but things got even worse. And the cabin got even hotter to a level of suffocation. People were taking clothes off and finally on cut off vests. It’s a safety violation and I am really disappointed. Would never recommend traveling with Megabus.
